It seems as though the former MMA champ just can’t keep his hands to himself.
The Irish hothead is back in the news and it’s not about his next match. Allegedly the former champion was rubbed the wrong way, and it resulted in a physical altercation. The altercation took place at an Irish bar. Conor McGregor whiskey fist, is surely the latest thing that can be added to the list.
Above all, the incident took place back on April 6th, at The Marble Arch Pub in Dublin. Outlets are reporting that Conor attempted to buy a round for everyone, and a gentleman opted out. Overall, the man refused twice to partake in the polite gesture. Shortly after, McGregor consumed a drink and decided to unload his famous left hand on the older man. Two men escorted the MMA fighter out of the bar.
Despite the incident being reported to cops, and an open investigation, no charges were ever filed. Furthermore, Conor is not one of the best when it comes to utilizing self-control. Last year the fighter decided to turn up when he smashed a window bus. Above all, several UFC fighters sustained injuries while onboard.
Above all, McGregor has been on a downward spiral since his lost to retired pound for pound Welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather. He would go on to lose again after fighting Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229. Overall, Conor continues to campaign to avenge both of his losses to the fighters.
