In a surprise move, Childish Gambino has returned with new music for the first time in three years. The multi-hyphenate entertainer, who also works as an actor and writer, has released a double mixtape/EP called STN MTN / Kauai that reflects on racism, gun violence, joy, spirituality, hip-hop and entertainment in the US.
He’s been busy in the meantime, releasing a critically and commercially successful television series, PHAROS festival in Joshua Tree and a role as this generation’s Lando Calrissian in Solo: A Star Wars Story, among other things. But now, Glover is ready to take his musical career to the next level.
