Avatar’s Back on Netflix
Avatar: The Last Airbender is back and ready to stream on Netflix. If you’re looking for a fun series to watch there look no further. This show have might been intended for children but I still find it pretty entertaining to watch. If you’ve never heard of this show or don’t know what it’s about then simply check out the theme song to the show below.
You can see people bending the four different elements: earth water, wind, and fire. Along with this you get to see a young kid attempt to master all four of these elements. He is accompanied by a funny group of friends who help him along the way as he attempts to save the world.
Avatar: The Last Airbender v. The Legend of Korra
When I heard about Avatar on Netflix I was just hyped to hear that this show was on a site where I could easily stream it. Something that I as well as Netflix did not see coming was the debate that this brought up.
It would seem that fans have taken this opportunity to point out the shortcomings of the sequel to the show, The Legend of Korra. The new series covered the Avatar after Ang, 70 years after when the original show was set to take place. Apparently fans felt that the sequel to the series should’ve covered Ang and his friend’s life after the original show instead. Netflix took to Twitter to respond to the backlash.

Although an alternate series covering the years directly proceeding the conclusion of Avatar: The Last Airbender would have been awesome, in reality it never happened. Legend of Korra is a pretty solid show, and the original series is back on Netflix, so I’m just going to sit back and enjoy some quality TV.
How do you guys feel though?
Are you pumped to hear about Avatar on Netflix? Have you seen the show before, if so what’d you think of it? And what are your thoughts on the debate about Legend of Korra?
