Toronto based artist/songwriter anders releases his highly anticipated single, “Bad Guy” today. The song will appear on his forthcoming EP entitled, Twos which drops on March 6th.
anders sets the tone for his upcoming EP with the cool and cocky banger, “Bad Guy.” “I made a hundred racks by twenty-one,” rhymes the emerging hip-hop titan on a beat produced by LUCA & FrancisGotHeat. “Bad Guy” was featured on the trendy music publication . They wrote, “anders is certainly one of the most promising up and comers from above the borders and he’s hoping to make big gains this year.”
“Bad Guy” is a continuation of his rise in the music industry. After releasing his debut EP 669 through a partnership with Noisey/Vice in 2017, music tastemakers quickly recognized his potential after hearing the breakout singles “Diamonds” and “You For You.” “Diamonds” was featured in the trendy music/culture publication Complex and Hypebeast. “You For You,” produced by Grammy-nominated producer LUCA was highlighted by for its mainstream appeal. “The track is one of the more radio-friendly cuts from 669, with an upbeat pop-infused melody.” 669 cultivated over 9 million streams on all digital platforms. Its content was also shared on top music playlist such as Spotify’s New Music Friday and Apple Music’s A-list R&B.
