Nickelodeon Will Revive 90’s Kids Childhoods On A Big Screen

The tradition of watching Saturday morning cartoons is going to happen again, this time at the movie theatres.

Plans of reviving 90’s cartoons like Rocko’s Modern Life, Rugrats, Hey Arnold, Ren and Stimpy, Angry Beavers, and many more are set to happen in a big character crossover movie.

Nickelodeon released plans of this crossover movie this week with the plot being somewhat Avenger style related.

There isn’t much released about the film now, except the fact that Paramount Pictures is developing the movie and already has several producers.

The Nickelodeon team is said to be using Space Jam, The Lego Movie, and Who Framed Roger Rabbit as influences given their cultural mash-up influence.

There is no set release date as they are still in talks to get everything right, but you can watch 90’s cartoons on TeenNick from 12 am – 4am everyday.
