All these years later and Sean Carter may have to open his wallet.
A fight that took place in New York at Sean Carter’s 40/40 Club may cause some financial loss. According to TMX, Jose Irizarry is suing the popular club back of his sustaining injuries. The plaintiff claims that there was not enough security or crowd control that would have helped him prevent devastating injuries.
During the breakout of a brawl, the man was hit in the head. It led to pain and suffering, medical bills, and lost wages that he expects the venue to reimburse him for. The larger than life rapper has not personally been named in the lawsuit.
The fight centered around when Jermall Charlo got into an altercation that led to his bag of diamonds and jewelry being stolen. Irizarry’s attorney believes that his client was caught up in the middle of that altercation.
